Ministering in Montenegro:
“Least evangelized country in Europe”

The Lord opened doors for us in a special way in a country that has seen little gospel ministry.
- Shared a word of encouragement in a local congregation
- Ministered one-on-one with a local convert who was considering returning to the world
- People were spontaneously asking for prayer and blessing.
Stunning opportunities in Istanbul:
“Light for Muslims“

What an amazing time we had in Istanbul. We were careful and conservative in this country that is 98% Muslim, but God threw open the doors wide for us!
- Witnessed to Mosque Security Guard! It’s true. The Lord gave us the opportunity to share God’s love and gospel truths with a guard at one of the most important Mosques in Istanbul!
- A woman prayed in the street to accept Jesus as Lord. We are still in contact and working with her.
- Connected with a Christian who does various outreaches including a Christian YouTube channel/talk-show. Provided him with faith-filled books. He wants to know if we can get them for him in Turkish.
- Met with and gave a copy of The Believer’s Authority book to a Turkish Pastor.
- Here in Turkey, one of the ministers told us that there are less than 10,000 evangelicals in the whole country. That is less than one born again Christian in 8,400 people! This has to change, in Jesus Name!
- Note: We are not on any social media so that we can go to sensitive countries like this one. If you know of anyone who would like to get our e-mails so that they can stay informed, let us know.
Faith-filled Books for the Nations:
“12 ministries in 6 countries“

- We were able to bring faith-filled books to 8 Pastors and 4 ministers in 6 countries of Southeastern Europe.
- We had direction from the Lord to provide books to this region. On this trip we mostly gave away The Believer’s Authority and God’s Medicine, along with a few others.
- About half of these Pastors and minsters had never heard of these books and only one had ever read one! What a blessing to play a part in introducing these important truths to this region.
- The woman in the picture above saw me giving one of these books to a minister and asked if she could have one. Of course! Then she asked if I had other titles. I had one and gave it to her. It turns out that she had read photocopies of these books and loved them. She really wanted the actual books. That day happened to be her birthday, and God gave her the desire of her heart! How God loves us!
- The majority of the nations we visited have only a few thousand evangelical Christians in the whole country – less than one half of 1%. Please join your faith with ours to see that change!
Than you so much for your prayers and generous gifts. Imagine the difference that we are making together by God’s grace. Praise Him!
Let’s do it Together!
Rejoice with us! God has provided over $1000 of new monthly partnership in 2025. Please believe with us to be fully funded to reach more for Christ.
The ministry is expanding! In recent years, Rev. Rich has done mission trips about 2 months out of the year. That could increase to nearly 6 months in 2026. Why? Because in Europe (and other places), very few people have known the Lord. Look at these statistics: only one in 50 (Spain) or one in 75 (France, Ireland) or one in 100 (Italy) or even one in 200 (Israel, Poland) people are saved. [To put that in perspective, 1 in 4 Americans claim to be evangelical.] Where we work, country after country is filled with city after city starved for the light of the gospel and full of people currently on their way to hell. We must bring them the light and help them change course! Much more travel equals much more cost.
God is our great provider,
and if we all do our part, it won’t be too much for anyone.Trust God with us to increase our finances by at least 1/4 at this time.
We could achieve this with the following commitments:
1 partner at $1000 per month
2 partners at $500 per month
3 partners at $250 per month
5 partners at $100 per month
10 partners at $50 per month
20 partners at $25 per month
20 partners at $10 per monthPlease pray about getting involved, and do whatever the Lord puts on your heart. We would be honored to have you take hold of this work with us and help us reach further. God gives us each the grace to do our part. If now is not a time to do more financially, perhaps you know someone who is looking to partner with a ministry like ours. And your prayers are always the most valuable thing that you can give!
Write us and let us know how you would like to get involved. We are excited about what the Lord is doing and your part in His plan!
For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith. – Galatians 6:8-10
Thank you again for your prayers and partnership. We believe that God is putting together all of our prayers, giving, and steps of obedience to provide good, stable, Word & Spirit ministry all over the world. The Gospel must be preached in all nations. This revival must come to full fruition. The harvest must be gathered in. The Lord must return! By His grace we will be faithful in our generation. Many blessings to you and yours!

Richard A. Walker
March 6, 1953 – September 16, 2025Precious in the sight of the Lord
Is the death of His saints. – Psalms 116:15My Dad went home to be with Jesus! We were in the USA for a week in September to celebrate his life with our family and friends. We will miss Dad, but his life was easy to commemorate. And we will see him again forever. Our lives in Christ are wonderful.
I want to share a few neat things about Dad with you. Of course none of us are perfect, but he really was a great Dad. He was busy by choice, but he always took time for us. He was very available and talked with me a lot about life.
As a small child, I rode hours and hours with him on the tractor, hanging from his arm. How did he not get tired? As a teen and adult, we would take long walks and rides and thoroughly discuss all areas of life and even Bible doctrine. While on the mission field, we met every week, usually Friday mornings, and talked for up to 2 hours about all manner of things. Precious times!
Here is something interesting that I thanked him for over the years. Growing up, Dad never watched TV. He wasn’t particularly against it; he just always had better things to do. That simple thing changed my life. I grew up with a different sprit about me because of less influence of TV in my life. I will always be grateful to Dad for that.
How enduring is God’s loyal love;
the Eternal has inexhaustible compassion.
Here they are, every morning, new!
Your faithfulness, God, is as broad as the day.
– Lamentations 3:22-23 [TVB]
Testimony from Spain: Avoid sadness, stay in the church where God called you!
One of our church members recently decided to leave our church. She told us that she was not offended, nor did she disagree with us doctrinally, but she decided to make a change.
Some friends invited her to a different church, so she got her young daughter dressed and went. All the way to church the daughter was crying, and the mother started to cry too. When they arrived the daughter became more and more inconsolable. The workers and mother could do nothing to calm the child down. Finally, they left for home.
The child calmed down. Soon they passed by our church, and the mother asked her daughter if she wanted to go to our church. She said that she did. They arrived about 20 minutes late. We knew nothing of what had transpired. It was a nice Sunday morning, mother and daughter content. After service, she told us everything, and decided to stay in our church! But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. – I Corinthians 12:18

Mission trip to Eastern Europe
October 27 – November 15, 2025
We are off on our mission trip! As you know, we periodically travel to areas that have seen less full gospel ministry. This fall, the target is Southeastern Europe. We will visit former-Yugoslavian countries (North Macedonia and Croatia) which are in an area traditionally low in evangelical ministry. For instance, North Macedonia only has one evangelical Christian for every 500 people according to Operation World (fewer even than Saudi Arabia)!
The Lord dealt with us to get good books into the hands of the people in this region. He then provided contact information for several Pastors that are open to the things of God, but do not have much good material. We will be bringing in copies of Kenneth E. Hagin’s books, The Believer’s Authority and God’s Medicine to give them. What an exciting opportunity to make an eternal impact!
We will also be visiting Turkey, which is 98% Muslim. This is our first mission trip to a majority Muslim country. Believe with us for God’s direction and wisdom on how to safely make a lasting impact in this important regional power with a population of nearly 85 million people.
Please pray that the Lord will guide us to the right people and give us His supernatural words and power to meet the deepest need. His Word says: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” (Romans 8:14), and “[praying]… for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel” (Ephesians 6:19).Trip Budget: $8,000.
We provide the PayPal button below if you would like to help us reach these wide-open harvest fields. Thank you so much, and may the Lord multiply your seed sown (2 Cor. 9:10).

We love working with you!
What a privilege to be laboring together in the Lord’s last day harvest. Thank you for your faithful prayers and generous giving to help us bring the uncompromising message of God’s Word and the living reality of His Holy Spirit to a part of the world that has not seen many of the truths of God that we hold so dear. The Psalmist wrote:
You will guide me with Your counsel,
And afterward receive me to glory.
– Psalm 73:24How great are our Christian lives? We get to walk with Him and serve Him, receiving daily of His eternal wisdom and counsel. And our future is firm in the promise of the fullness of His glory. What more could we possibly want?

We exercised authority and walked in victory!
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions,
and over all the power of the enemy,
and nothing shall by any means hurt you. – Luke 10:19A church member called crying. “My niece has been visiting for the summer. It is time for her to return to her home country, but we just realized her passport has expired. We are at the airport and the airline has told us that, especially since she is a minor, they will not let her fly.” We told our church member that we would pray, hung up the phone, and used the Name of Jesus. It was a simple, one-sentence event. Less then 10 minutes later, she told us it was all resolved. The Madrid International Airport Customs and Immigration boss came down to the ticket counter and said that they were going to let her fly. She told the girl to tell the police at passport control to call their boss if they had any questions. The Police were very surprised, but they called, and it was so. I don’t know about your country, but in Spain that is a certified miracle. GLORY TO GOD!
“My coworker is so hateful. She often tries to start fights with me at work and undermines me with our boss.” Our church member went on to explain that this woman (who lives an “alternative lifestyle”) had verbally attacked him for something at work that was not even his responsibility. That night he woke up to a spirit harassing him in his own home. He asked us to pray. Again, we quickly took authority over the work of the enemy both at his home and place of work. The next time we spoke about this situation, he was all smiles. He was getting along well with his coworker and the boss had even taken his side in the dispute. God is so good!

The Vision of Life of God International
- Jesus: We love the Lord, and our relationship with Him. Putting Jesus first and following Him fully is the only way to truly have joy and purpose in life.
- The Unreached: There are places on earth where almost no one knows the truth of God’s Word, the reality of His Holy Spirit, and the experience of His goodness in their lives. We are compelled to do all we can to reach the people in these places for Jesus in preparation for His soon return.
- The Plan: We believe God to be able to bring the very best ministry to the places that have had the least amount of God’s light. Although we want to see more and more reached and set free, we are not moved by numbers or crowds. Our focus is bringing the gospel where its light has shined the most dimly, so that the people there can have the hope of eternal life.
- And YOU: This ministry – the mission trips, the church in Spain, the traveling ministry, the website, the prayer team, the newsletters – is a place where like-minded people can partner together with the Lord and each other to reach the least reached areas of the world so that “this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14)

Highlight: Republic of San Marino

During our February “Missionary Journey” we met a woman who was searching for her place and purpose in life.
First, let me tell you about the country where we connected with her. We were in the “European Microstate” of San Marino. I had a special interest in this little republic because, after extensive internet searches, I was not able to find any gospel churches anywhere in the land. They have only Catholic churches, which have their place, but where would someone looking for Bible teaching go? We walked the streets, asked the hotel reception and in 3 days still found no evidence of any non-Catholic, Christian ministry. It is a very small country, but Jesus said that this gospel must be preached to every nation before the end will come. And we know that there are some people who never wander far from home. Pray and believe with us for a good church to be planted in San Marino. Its citizens will be thanking you for all eternity.
We met this woman at a laundromat on a cold, rainy Friday evening. The Lord had dealt with us to stay an extra day in San Marino, or it never would have happened. A retired circus performer in her 30’s, she has enrolled in university to study music. At first sight, Pastor Daphne sensed that she was searching for answers in her life. We began our conversation like one always does in a foreign laundromat, trying to figure out how the washers work. She came and went throughout the evening, and it looked like there may never be an opportunity to minister to her. Thankfully as our clothes were finishing in the dryer, we began to be able to share our lives with her. Especially for a European, she was open and interested as we explained about God’s plan for her life and showed her the Bible way to have a personal relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. She even asked how long we would be staying to see if we could get together again. We tried, but were not able to work out a time since we had to leave the next day. However, we did leave her with our contact information and the incorruptible word of God sown in her heart. Believe with us that she will receive her full salvation in Christ Jesus!
Let us know if you would like to take a mission trip with us. I guess some people dream of seeing Europe, but it is so much more fun to help a European see Jesus!

- One day on the street in Italy, a young Pakistani Muslim man asked me, “What is the one piece of advice that you can give me to help me live a successful life?” That makes it pretty easy to talk about God!
- In France, we met an American environmental inspector married to a research professor. They were very stressed about the Trump government cuts. He was getting his Luxemburg citizenship and looking for opportunities to move. I shared my testimony with him and told him that I would pray for them. Everybody needs Jesus!
- We met a very sweet Muslim man who came to work in Europe and has been separated from his wife and young child for years. It seemed that the Lord wanted me to focus on how He wanted to restore his family to him. It was very unique and dear.
- We met a Colombian immigrant in Italy on his way to Spain. We were able to minister to him and give him a lot of practical help with immigration questions.
- One of our church members asked for prayer concerning a relative that had completely cut himself off from her. The next day he called her! Praise God!
- We just got our long term residency! We had been temporary residents with much fewer privileges. In the process, the government asked me for a document that seemed very difficult to obtain. After a week of lawyers, government agencies, and faith, God got me what I needed! Glory!
- Speaking of the government, one of our church members had been desperately trying to get an appointment with a certain agency for weeks. We prayed and he had one within a few days.
- Time does not permit us to talk of the Nigerian at the supermarket, the lemon farmer in Sicily, the olive vendor in the Catania market who showed unusual favor, the sweet woman at the bakery, or the parking lot attendant who talked to us for almost an hour… and we didn’t even speak the same language!

God is blessing the Church in Burgos

- The doctors told one of our church members that her sister was unresponsive and going to die. She wrote Pastor Daphne and they prayed separately. Her sister recovered and went home the same day! (She lives in the Dominican Republic.)
- A lady at church was doubled over with severe pain in her back. She said that the moment that Pastor Daphne laid hands on her back all of the pain stopped!
- One of our church members was struggling to get His residency paperwork approved for a long time. We believed with him and he was approved.
- We have such solid helpers and ministry trainees. Praise God!
- Four people were baptized in water at our “Baptism at Christmas” celebration. How fun!

What God did in Eastern Europe
- Only 1 day in Vilnius, Lithuania, how do I best use my time? I finished eating my lunch and was about to throw away my trash. The Holy Sprit told me to wait. The young family next to me was speaking some English. As I waited, the Lord said, “I have positioned you next to them.” A few minutes later, He said, “Now.” I asked them where they were from. As they learned that I am a minister, they were so open. They invited me for dinner. We laughed and shared for 2 hours that evening. I’ve never had anything move that quickly.
- Cinthia works in a museum giftshop. She was very open to the things of God. We prayed for healing for her stomach, and Pastor Greg ministered to her about difficulties in her family. She grew up in church and wanted to draw near to the Lord again. [Bratislava, Slovakia]
- HIGHLIGHT: Olsztyn, Poland is a city of over 160,000 people that has no Pentecostal, non-denominational, nor faith church. We only had one day. Lord, where do we go? In the spirit, I saw a certain place. It turned out to be a BBQ restaurant run by a local who lived in the USA for 17 years. He spoke great English and sat and visited with us. What an amazing connection.
- Also in Olsztyn, we met Steven, a Catholic priest. He feels persecuted by the Orthodox church because His church broke away from them. We discussed the scriptures with him, and he commended our courage.
- I sat next to a Swiss diplomat on the bus. As we discussed Europe and the Russian-Ukraine war, I was able to share testimonies of the Lord’s goodness and many gospel truths. It was awesome!
- Looking for a good way to break the ice when witnessing? While seeking the Lord for help, I walked into a store and met a guy playing “Mary, did you know?” on his cell phone. He just liked the music. Cool opportunity to share Jesus’ love! [Warsaw, Poland]
- Lena was stressed about getting home from work in traffic. I tried to encourage & help her. Later, I saw her again and gave her some material about the Lord. She received sweetly. [Warsaw, Poland]
- My friend Chris and I were walking down the street. The Lord prompted him to greet a young father as we passed by. He turned out to be an Iraqi UN employee stationed in and displaced from Lebanon because of the war. We spoke for over an hour and shared our faith in Christ. He was quite open! [Riga, Latvia]
- Our cab driver in Budapest, Hungry was open and spoke good English. I asked him if he knew what it meant to be saved. We were able to have a long conversation about the gospel with him. Praise God for open doors!
[Names have been changed in the above testimonies.]

Mission trip to France, Italy, and Croatia
Winter of 2024
Soon we will be off on our next mission trip. We will be evangelizing the lost and connecting with local ministers, all as the Lord leads. Jesus said, “This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14) What a privilege it is to bring the gospel where so few have heard, seen and understood the light of God’s Word. That is changing!
Pray that the Lord will guide us to the right people and give us His supernatural words and power to meet the deepest need. His Word says: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” (Romans 8:14), and “[praying]… for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel” (Ephesians 6:19).Trip Budget: $4000.

Let’s do it Together!
The ministry is expanding! The church in Spain is growing even when we travel. In recent years, Rev. Rich has done mission trips about 2 months out of the year. We plan to do more than 4 months of mission trips in 2025 and over 6 months in 2026. Why? Because in Europe (and other nations), very few people have known the Lord.
God is our great provider,
and if we all do our part, it won’t be too much for anyone.Trust God with us to increase our finances by 1/3 at this time.
We can achieve this with the following commitments:
1 partner at $1000 per month
1 partner at $750 per month
2 partners at $500 per month
3 partners at $250 per month
5 partners at $100 per month
10 partners at $50 per month
20 partners at $25 per month
25 partners at $10 per monthPlease pray about getting involved, and do whatever the Lord puts on your heart.

The Vision of Life of God International
- Jesus: We love the Lord, and our relationship with Him. Putting Jesus first and following Him fully is the only way to truly have joy and purpose in life.
- The Unreached: There are places on earth where almost no one knows the truth of God’s Word, the reality of His Holy Spirit, and the experience of God’s goodness in their lives.
- And YOU: This ministry – the mission trips, the church in Spain, the traveling ministry, the website, the prayer team, the newsletters – is a place where like-minded people can join forces with the Lord to reach the least reached areas of the world so that “this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14)
Inspirational quotes from partners:
The Church was born out of the wind and the fire. That is the way it started, and that is the way that it is going out. – Pastor Scott Webb
Every Christian wants to do something big for God. There is nothing bigger than leading the next person to Jesus Christ. – Pastor Chas Stevenson
Let’s get this job done. – Pastor Michael Lokietek

Missions trip to Eastern Europe
November 4 – December 3, 2024
In just a week, I will be leaving for Eastern Europe for a month! I will be meeting up with 3 different traveling companions throughout the trip. We will visit Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Finland and Latvia, and perhaps two other nations. Every one of these countries borders Russia or the Ukraine (and Poland borders both). Being close to a war zone changes people’s perspective and often creates an opening to talk about God.
In Riga, Latvia, where we will spend almost 2 weeks, the population is 40% Russian, which is an important reason that the Lord has led us there. This city has been on edge since the war between Russia and the Ukraine broke out because there are so many opposing views on whose side is just. Everyone needs the gospel of peace.
Pray that the Lord will guide us to the right people and give us His supernatural words and power to meet the deepest need. His Word says: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” (Romans 8:14), and “[praying]… for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel” (Ephesians 6:19).Trip Budget: $6,000.

Ministry Trip to the USA
June 26 – September 11, 2024
It has been almost 3 years since we have visited the USA, so it is that time again. This year we will be ministering, connecting with Pastors or attending conferences all around the country as you can see from our itinerary. And other meetings are still to be confirmed. Let us know if you would like to schedule something.
Why do missionaries have to spend so much time and money traveling in the USA? Our ministry forms a bridge between the American Church and the millions of people that don’t experience the light of the gospel like us. These trips keep that connection strong. And, of course, it’s important to visit partners in person to show our appreciation. We want to see people like you!
Thank you again for your prayers and partnership. We believe that God is putting together all of our prayers, giving, and steps of obedience to ultimately provide good, stable, Word & Spirit ministry all over the world. The Gospel must be preached in all nations. This revival must come to full fruition. The harvest must be gathered in. The Lord must return! By His grace we will be faithful in our generation. Thank you for being so faithful to help us advance God’s kingdom. We have the best partners in the world!
Let’s catch you up on what is going on here:
- Our Easter outreach was great! (See pictures below)
- The 20-week, intensive Bible foundations course at the church is wrapping up. It has been awesome, and we’ve been very pleased with attendance.
- We have started to train someone for the ministry.
- Our Tuesday evening, Holy Ghost-style services have been a blessing. People are learning to cooperate with God.
- We are moving our residence to something smaller & simpler, thank God.
- Soon we will be leaving for the USA (details below).
- In this update, enjoy a testimony about “A life back on track.”
Praise God for a great Easter outreach. How fun!

A life back on track. A daughter returned to God.
Pastor Daphne was ministering on a Tuesday night. Marta (name changed) walked in towards the end of the service. When the call was given, she came up for prayer and cried as the Lord touched her. She shared that she had been away from the Lord for some time and was walking by when her boyfriend said, “Look a church, and it’s open.” So, she came.
Since that first visit, Marta has been transformed. First, she fully rededicated her life. Then she began to faithfully attend service. She gave her testimony about walking closely with the Lord when she was younger and being so joyful to have returned to Him. Now, without our asking, she and another sister have gotten together and asked if they can take over the responsibility of weekly cleaning the church.
Praise God for a life restored to fellowship with Him and fruitfulness in service!
